Information clause – consent to the dissemination of image after an online webinar
The controller of personal data is the New Community Foundation (Fundacja Nowej Wspólnoty), located at ul. Elżbiety Drużbackiej 19/2, Warsaw, registered in the Polish register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations, and public healthcare facilities of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000837602 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Economic Division, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".

Your image will be processed based on Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), i.e., based on consent expressed through explicit actions confirming the granting of permission for the dissemination of the image, until the above-mentioned purposes are fulfilled or until consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn or permission for its publication is revoked, depending on which event occurs first. Personal data in the form of name, voice for publication along with the image, and in conjunction with the data of other participants will be processed based on Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, i.e., based on consent, until the above-mentioned purposes are fulfilled or until consent is withdrawn or permission for its publication is revoked, depending on which event occurs first. After this time, the data may be processed for the purpose of establishing, defending, and pursuing any claims, for the limitation period for any claims arising from applicable laws (based on Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
The data will be published based on the consent expressed above and available to an unlimited number of recipients (disseminated through publication), through communication channels for which consent to disseminate images has been given, including recipients in third countries (e.g., social media services such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Your data will be entrusted to the video conferencing service provider, which will handle the transmission. During the event, your personal data will be made available to other event participants. Recipients of personal data may be entities to which we are obliged to provide data under applicable law. Please note that we may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to companies providing social media services.
Providing your data is voluntary.
You have the right to access the data, receive a copy of it, and the right to rectify it, and in cases provided for by law, also the right to request their deletion or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, with the withdrawal of consent not affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on its basis before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
