Information clause - consent to data processing when subscribing to the newsletter
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:
The controller of personal data is the New Community Foundation (Fundacja Nowej Wspólnoty), located at ul. Elżbiety Drużbackiej 19/2, Warsaw, registered in the Polish register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations, and public healthcare facilities of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000837602 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Economic Division, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the service of sending information about the Foundation's activities, based on Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO, i.e. your voluntary and informed consent to the processing of data for the purpose of subscribing to (delivering) the newsletter. We also use the data processed in the system to manage our relationship with the community and to plan the activities of the Foundation, e.g. to send informational and educational materials and invitations to events organised by us.
The e-mail address of recipients of the Foundation's newsletter, educational and informational material and other information is associated with other data resulting from the history of contacts with the Foundation, such as, for example: name, surname, function held and name of the institution or organisation with which it is associated, telephone number and possibly other data that we have received from publicly available sources or that has been voluntarily provided to us by the newsletter recipient due to other contacts with the Foundation.
Your personal data will be stored until we have completed sending you the information or until you have withdrawn your consent to the processing.
Your personal data may be transferred to:
a) to entities processing them on behalf of the Data Controller and
b) to authorities or entities entitled to obtain the data on the basis of applicable legislation.You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data: the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to erasure, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you request the deletion of your data from our contact database or object to its processing, we will delete your data from the database and will not send you information you do not want. You should make a request for deletion by sending an email to: biuro@fnw.org.pl.
The provision of data is voluntary. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to take advantage of the newsletter subscription, receive information and educational material or invitations to events organised by us.
The Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be subject to profiling.
